At Hella Heels, we want you to feel empowered in your footwear; if your heels aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your heels in their original box and dust bags, ensuring the protective film on the soles remains intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
